Before submitting your application make sure that all information is filled out correctly, especially the team’s point of contact.

After you click the Submit button:

Your application will be displayed.
Print the completed application.
Mail it with a copy of your certified roster if you have it (if not it must be brought to registration) and the Tournament Entry Fee listed below ASAP in the form of a check or money order payable to the Enfield Soccer Club.
· U-9, U-10 & U11 (8v8) - $350.00
· U-11, U-12, U-13 & U-14 (11v11) - $400.00
